HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Standard Shipping is on us, tracked shipping cost may vary by items.

PROCESSING TIME

As soon as we receive your order, we process your item in 2-5 business days, this includes production time since most of the products are made to order.

Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. We process order between Monday and Friday.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

As soon as the order is processed, we will ship your order next business day. It may take approximately 3-8 business days to deliver.

If your order hasn't arrived in the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team at shop.camilibelcreations@gmail.com

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund on your purchase.

(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

A tracking number will be added to your order details as soon as they are available. You will be notified via email so that you can keep track of the delivery status every step of the way.

RETURNS & REFUND GUARANTEE

For items received that are not as we described in our listing and defective items, we cover the return shipping cost and replace the item pronto.

All returns must be in its original packaging and condition and also be made within 15 days of delivery date.

CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES

*Please note that some countries may have additional import duties which you are liable for. Camili Bel Creations is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs, taxes, or return to the sender, we will refund the cost of the product and retain the shipping charges.
