Our Promise to You
Love your gift or we make it right—simple as that. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we'll work with you to find a solution. That's our Camili'Bel promise.

Return Window: You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.

How to Return an Item

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
• In the same condition you received it
• Unworn and unused
• With original tags and packaging
• Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return:
1. Contact us at shop.camilibelcreations@gmail.com or use our Contact Us page
2. Include a photo of the item and your proof of purchase
3. Wait for our return authorization before sending anything back

Important: Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us right away at shop.camilibelcreations@gmail.com. We'll make it right—simple as that.

What qualifies as defective?
• Broken clasps or chains
• Tarnished or discolored metal (within 30 days)
• Missing stones or damaged pendants
• Items that don't match the description

If your item is defective, we'll replace it or refund you—your choice!

Items We Cannot Accept for Return

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
• Earrings (final sale unless defective)
• Personalized or engraved jewelry (unless defective)

Gift Returns

Received a gift that's not quite right? No problem! The recipient can exchange it for a different style or size. Original gift packaging and tags must be included. Refunds will be issued as store credit for gift purchases without original receipt.

Return Shipping

• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
• We recommend using tracked/registered mail for your protection
• We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items damaged during shipping. Your satisfaction is our promise.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason under EU consumer protection laws. The same return conditions apply (unworn, original packaging, proof of purchase).

International Returns

For orders shipped outside the U.S., customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes incurred during the return process. We recommend contacting us before returning international orders so we can help find the best solution.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:
• We'll notify you whether your refund is approved
• Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
• Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund
